Brief

SISO needed a brand identity and website designed to resonate with progressive academic innovators, researchers, and university IP commercialisation teams, as well as those eager to make a global impact. The brand had to embody an academic yet forward-thinking tone, combining freshness and pragmatism with inspiration, to effectively engage and motivate this dynamic audience toward transformative success.

Challenges

Designing a brand with the right tone was challenging, as it needed to avoid clichéd vibrance, a money-driven focus, and a superficial "do-gooder" vibe. The brand had to carefully balance between being dry yet exciting, functional yet understandable, ensuring it resonated with the audience without losing its sophistication and depth.
